Voted Texas, as I am here now, but I've had a long path:

1973-1984 - Tampa, FL
1984-1988 - Savannah, GA
1988-1992 - Plano (Dallas), TX
1992-1993 - Birmingham, AL
1993-1997 - Lubbock, TX
1997-1998 - Plano and Dallas, TX
1998-2005 - Back and forth between Houston and Dallas, mostly in Dallas, but now in Houston for at least 5-10 years (hopefully)

Yeah, too long! And I moved a total of 7 times just in Tampa alone. I don't plan to move now for a very long time, but someday I do want to end up in Florida again.

I think other is too broad a category. It could mean other US states, other countries and certainly other islands in the Caribbean.
I voted other because I am from st. maarten, close to PR and the Virgin Islands but a different island and country.

I was born in Fort Lauderdale in south Florida in August 1992 the day right after Hurricane Andrew passed through the tip of the state... saw the aftermath but was never really through it.
