Yes nuclear technology is cheaper than burning millions of barrels of oil. And it is sustainable for well, forever.

I do think Iran is going to be a problem for us, but it was always the more dangerous threat. Iran is much larger, with a more dispersed population, and more varied terrain. I do not want us to be involved in a land war there, because we will face not only Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria, Iran, and the Shia in Iraq... oh wait, yes that is all we will face. That is plenty. Along with the possibility of course of a strengthened anti US strategical block.

China is loving this imperial overstretch. Absolutely loving it.
