Outflow Boundarys and Dry Lines...sigh

#1 Postby Nalora » Tue May 13, 2003 12:38 pm

Well now there is apparently an outflow boundary up north of me south of Tulsa from those storms that have been kickin' the crap out of Kansas all morning, and a good dry line coming in from the West....

The wind is kickin butt here, and the dew point is sitting at 62 currently.
Sun is trying to peek through the clouds and cause some afternoon heating...

If you were a storm chaser, where would you be heading?

Can you tell I am bored? COME ON AND STORM ALREADY IF YOU ARE GOING TO!!

*goes outside and begins screaming at the sky*

Gak! Gave in and went out to water the pots at least and some of my newer plantings....and we are in the SOUP again!!!

68 dewpoint here and I see down at the Red River, Texas is swimmin' in it too with Dew Points hitting 70 (right around Ardmore looks like) and up in those panhandle counties the dew point is sitting at the 40's....

Big old water packed clouds moving over to that outflow boundary in a rush it seems...

Wonder how far that dry line has made it past Amarillo?
