TD 9 Looks Like A Bunch of Nothing This Morning

This thing looks pretty ratty on IR sat loop - diminishing convection with little or no organization. Too much Sahara dust and dry air right now - this one could be finished before it even gets started. Frankly, I've seen better looking afternoon seabreeze storms than this tropical depression.
