Harvey firing up convection around center

Check out the floater I think it's going to possibly get a bit stronger before it reaches bermuda overnight

I'm watch the floater right now and around the center had started to fire in the last few frames

Hurricane strength? maybe I dont think so but I wouldn't be suprised

I go by the hurricane center but I think we'll see a little strengthing overnight

Ok someone just delete 3 of these posts (this as the third) the link dont work for me so I assume it wont work for anyone else

never mind dont delete the link it worked last time just delete the others

the net can be a real pain in the neck sometimes :roll:

I think you are pretty lucky on this site on other sites i'd get nervous if I posted 2 posts in a row because they had a strict spaming rule there I guess it's any more than 2 and you are outa' there. So here I get nervous that i'm going to get banned if I post more than 2 at a time in one thread. Latley iv'e eased up on it but 4 in a row if I did that I'd be a wreck because I love this site so much

I agree hurricane, it is firing deep convection right over its LLC. Its also starting to wrap. This baby is getting its act together.

100% agreed. If I didn't have SAT class I'd spend most of my day here.

BTW, I don't think Harvey will become a hurricane. Too much dry air and shear surrounding it, heck I think it's still a subtropical storm but that could be me.

Its not subtropical because of the defined LLC. In also the convection forming/pop corn convection. In which case subtropical systems don't have.

It looks great this morning

I wouldn't be surprised if it stengthens even more possibly hurricane strength briefly
