Tomorrow at 11am... 11pm is too early(since the Invest just went up), 5am is unlikely due to no visible imagery...

Thursday at 5. They almost never upgrades systems before 5 or after 11, but noticing the good presentation, I'm saying earlier is more likely (though not as early as tonight).

Voted 11 pm tomorrow... Not many agree with me. But the NHC seems to hold off on considering these depressions especially when they're that far out. There's not a need to rush into it.
