Subtropical I'd say; it seems to almost have a frontal system extending for it's right side.

you might want to change the options or question

example: is it subtropical? options: yes, no

or

example: is it subtropical or tropical? options: subtropical, tropical

I voted yes just because Gustav was considered sub-tropical.

Harvey did come from an African wave though. I guess it really doesn't matter because there is a cyclone out there with tropical storm winds.
