thanks Derek, I agree with your forecast track but I'm a little more conservative with the winds.

Systems like this pulling away from the ULL can become hurricanes as they curve out.

I think TD 8 will head a bit further south in days 4 & 5 than the forecast track projects. I'm not sure what to think about intensity right now... I'm leaving it at "TD8 will become Harvey"
