TWD 8:05 AM EDT (8/1/05):

FAR E ATLC TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 21W/22W S OF 17N MOVING W
10-15 KT. BROAD MID LEVEL CIRCULATION IS CENTERED ALONG THE WAVE
NEAR 11N. CONVECTION IS LIMITED DUE TO THE ANOTHER SURGE OF
SAHARAN DUST THAT CAME OFF THE AFRICAN COAST.

President Bush says if africa produces anymore of these powerful hurricanes they will be bombed.

He followed that up by saying there is no such thing as global warming
