ULL!!

With all the hype about these invest developing and both not reaching their potential, it is interesting that Harvey may actually develope from the ULL which is in the Atlantic southwest of the Azores. If it does develope, it should be sub-tropical.

There is actuall a broad surface spin...look at the low level clouds. Its possible.
