Unbelievable.

We average 1 storm every OTHER year in June and July EACH. We had 2 in June, 5 in July, and we still have 3 days left.

Not only that we made history with 155 and 150 mph winds for emily and dennis along with 3 other July storms--- This is a pretty rare event going by history
We are in an "unlucky" cycle now...I miss the good ol' pre-1995 inactive days...

I guest the people that built on the coast did not look at history. Some times history can bite you right in the #$%.

This July is really going to screw up their averages and make their neat little chart look out of kilter.

Perhaps the rest of the season will be quiet. There has been years when not much was going on in August/September.

I wonder why they don't go back to 1851, due to the reanaylsis?
