Totally stationary??

Is Franklin totally stationary tonight? It doesn't look like he's moved an inch. :eek:

Franklin doesn't want to go away, which was one of my fears, however it did not and likely will not affect the US so my second fear did not prove true.

It's moving...lastest shows maybe a hair east of north. You can see the movement easier on the shortwave IR loop. While you can't really see the center, you can follow the low level cloud field and you can see it's expanding northward. What's giving the illusion of stationary is the convection is staying in the same place.
