You're reading too much between the lines. By "signator(ies)", I wasn't referring to wild-eyed global-warming hysterics, I was referring to cold-blooded politicians who play the very zero-sum game I alluded to (and who couldn't care less if the Maldivians are all living in a snorkling paradise late next week).
