You can now be almost certain that anyplace BUT Puerto Rico is fair game.
-- When models have trouble initializing a storm despite an obvious LLC and planes flying through them, can they be expected to do any better with as-yet-formed depressions?
I say there's a whole lotta spazzing going around.....

There appears to be a lot of dry air around it. Will it even develop? Looks like it's a'strugglin'...
