Most NWS offices will be conservative and err on climatology. Fronts can and one in a while do make it this far south, with a slight drop in dewpoint and temperatures. Recall last August, it was a strong front that deflected Charley. We had at least two nights of temperatures in the upper 50's here in Baton Rouge.

I'll take the middle ground and say it will stall right along the coast.
