miami nws talked about that possibility a few days ago, however we have a big complex rolling through now.

Given that there are no air intakes for the solid rocket boosters or the shuttle main engines (liquid hydrogen & oxygen in the tank), that's probably not a threat for the engines.
BUT, they do prefer a high level of visibility for launches, so there may be a delay of this gets there by tomorrow.
I hope they can return to space - we *need* to get the program rolling again!
