"service unavailable" as of 700am...anyone else having trouble?....rich

(J/K) It's a funding thing... In order to help defray the costs associated with fueling ALL the recon flights this year, the NHC has decided to temporarily suspend its web service every Sunday morning from now until December 1. During these brief outages, the NHC is recommending all interests refer to www.storm2k.org for up-to-the-minute and accurate information on the tropics... (Although hopefully obvious, I'll repeat - just a joke...)
