This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

This thread should be locked and soon thereafter; deleted, IMHO.

I love these threads... Especially since everyone knows that Franklin and TD#7 are going to collide and form a cat. 5 just like that.

Gert is going to move fast into Tampico, Mexico as a tropical storm. I think that's it. :D And Melbourne was my hometown, so let's hope Franklin doesn't do that to Florida.

It doesn't matter if they're not worth remembering. The fact is, they are tropical cyclones, too. The NHC seems to agree, as they do advisories on any TD that forms. So they should count.

Agreed!! NHC syas, cyclone, then it counts... Closed circulation over 80+ degree water.. Who the remembers the Pac. anyway..

The cubs will win the series and the Philadelphia Eagles will fail to find a way to screw up the super bowl and rip my heart in half before this becomes a cat 5

But the Cubs will win the series!

In fact they've already clinched at least a tie in the season series with the Pirates.

(You did not specify which series, and as a diehard Cub fan, I've taken the liberty to interpret your words umm, well... in about the only manner which would be pleasing to me  )

Yes I agree. Things really must be slow when you have
threads like these. I rather the blob threads.

Is there anyone on this board with a sense of humor? It's a light-hearted thread. If you find it dumb, meaningless, useless, stupid, etc - don't click on it. Give the OP a break.
