Record breaking season on the way?

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Sat Jul 23, 2005 4:58 pm

I just happened to be getting ready to write a forecast on Franklin the Fish and I see yet another TD.

Will it ever STOP! lol.. Personally.. I love it because it's keeping me busy lol.. But at the same time.. I'm afraid to know what September's gonna be like

I love it to...I watch all the system over the world all year around. So I don't get enough. All it doe's is make me learn more. In yes I think August will have 3 storms forming at once.

We've already broken records... earliest D, E, and F storms on record, Dennis and then Emily shattering the all-time record for strongest cyclone in July in the Atlantic within a week! Completely Insane...

I think our big August storm "Fabian, Charley, ect" will be "Jose or Katrina" with our big September storm "Isabel, Ivan, ect" being "Nate or Ophelia." If we have a big late season storm "Lenny, Michelle" I see that being "Stan or Tammy."

Alpha??? what are you talking about. or if for some reason (some how) we get to the end of the list do we go on to the next one.

oh ya question: eventually if the seasons keeps geting more active (i'm just throwing this thought out there) eventually will the seasons not end untill the next year (january-february) untill the seasons start to settle down. and to furthor validate my question i mean if the seasons keep getting more active for the next 5-10 years????

All though I am excited about an active storm season because I enjoy tracking them, I am sad that many people will lose everything.

I think that over the last 50 years people thought it was safe because it was a fairly quite pattern. In so they built there houses, towns, cities right on the ocean front. In then we got back into a active period like we are now. In we are finding out why you don't build near the shore. I think its only going to get more active.

I think most everyone here uses the term fish for a storm that does not affect us mainland, but i know what you mean...
