So by that data this system is down another millibar. With 56.9 mph surface winds with a 17 mile wide eye open to the west. Thats pretty impressive for our friend Frankie.

Frankie is forming a cdo tonight. Looks like he wents to be a hurricane.


I will have to look for the last time we had 3 hurricanes before August.

Going back the last 8 years...
2003 2 hurricanes before August.
1997 2 hurricanes before August.
I will look back more.
