I think that we could have 8 named storms by August so yes I think we could reach Harvey

One would think so by the appearance Dixie. I wonder though. Don Sutherland has a post in the pro-met forum that has Cape Verde shutting down for a time. Wonder if these will squeak through first?

Can't second guess the tropics anymore. Too many lessons from last year LOL!
