Outflow boundary?

Outflow boundary?

I see an outflow boundary screaming to the northeast of Franklin. This is not good for intensification. Am I the only one seeing this?

I see them as well but if you look back at emily she had outflow boundaries coming from out of her alot even when she was a strong hurricane.

Well this is different. This is a surface outflow boundary, not upper level outflow.
