Oh, how long can trusty Cadet Stimpy hold out? HOW can he possibly resist the diabolical urge to push the button that could erase his very existance? WILL his tortured mind give in to its uncontrollable desires? CAN he withstand the temptation to push the button that even now beckons him ever closer? WILL he succumb to the maddening urge to eradicate history? At the mere push of a single button?! The beautiful, shiny button! The jolly, candylike button?! Will he hold out, folks? CAN he hold out?!

The Ren and Stimpy cartoon episode "Space Madness," quite possibly the best cartoon episode ever.

The earliest Ren/Stimpys are the best. They'll kill ya! These are the "John K" ones, before he took a "cyclone" to the southern region from Nickelodeon (I think). John K recently brought R/S back, but made them "alternative lifestyle" - a tiny bit funny, but ultimately feels forced and just not true to the original creation.

HMMM.

Anyways, here in Orlando, it feels like the local mets are trying to just deal with the most immediate threat and not get us all  by talking too much about the "other" system and virtually no images/talk of the African coastal region. Looks like the idea is to not panic the locals or spook the TOURI$T$.

I think I have most of the John K. episodes on tape somewhere. I know that I have "Space Madness." The ones without him had their moments, but they just weren't the same.

Ah... memories. I might even wear my R&S T-shirt to the gym tomorrow. :-)
