Your template was set to subRebel. That will block them. I changed it in your profile for you and you should be able to see them now. If you want to go back, just go to Profile and change your Board Style back to subRebel.
What is the setting supposed to be set at to see avatars?
Any of them, except subRebel. I use FI Subsilver Shadow.

One near the Bahamas.
Both are being watched, but the one by the Bahamas is likely already a storm.

we are watching both of them since they could both develop but the one in the upper right is 90l and thats the one they are sending recon into today!

I think
even if this developes into Franklin it will probably miss Florida and maby the whole East coast.
