5 pm would be my guess...i think recon goes in at 12:30 if I am not mistaken....

5pm. Recon will find it. Unless NHC gets absolute confirmation of an LLC with a ship or buoy in the next hour it won't be at 11am.

Wow, it seems like there are too many polls. It help pass the time bewteen storms, uh, what time between storms? This site is great. 5 p.m after recon.
