SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
* UNTIL 130 AM CDT
* AT 1234 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM 29
MILES WEST OF GLENPOOL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. STORM SPOTTERS
REPORTED A TORNADO ON THE GROUND! THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING
SITUATION...TAKE COVER NOW!
* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO INCLUDE...TULSA...
BIXBY...JENKS AND GLENPOOL.
A TORNADO HAS BEEN CONFIRMED! IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS

The tornado that headed toward Tulsa actually travelled close to 85 miles from the north side of Oklahoma City to approximately 20 miles west of Stonebluff, Oklahoma at 1:20am CT/2:20am ET -- which is 15 to 20 miles southwest of Tulsa.
According to The Weather Channel it remained on the ground, I assume it is possible but, of course we have no confirmation, as of this early morning.

Thankfully the storm dissapated before moving into far SW MO/ NW AR.
