The red ring has reformed around her eye. With the eye tighting becoming much better defined. If I'm right this thing should be a cat4 135 mph with in 12 to 16 hours.

700mb heights

Its the height in meters of the 700MB flight level.

The lower the height, the lower the pressure.

The 700MB flight level is now 80 meters lower than the last eye pass, so the pressure is down.

I'm not sure how to determine the pressure decrease tho, based on the height decrease.
