The southern end of 99 seems to have escaped the trough and may be in a good location for forming a circulation due to the surounding steering currents.
According to this map it is located between two highs and perhaps a counterclockwise circulation could happen with these remnants?

Well in any event, this might be another time wasting cloud mass to watch if it doesnt disappear by tomorrow.
