great point...just got done looking at the WV and even the flow just north of the yuc, is SSE...or moving either NW or NNW...that really continues all the way until the central gulf...the eastern gulf is fairly quite...emily is speading up slightly...the ridge would really need to hurry up and get this way...imo

and, look at NHC 11am discussion...i really think they are firing warning shots to the TX coast...

look at the loop of the GOM...look at the clouds over the Central and western gulf...they are all moving TOWARDS the NNW or almost due North...and look at the clouds just above the yucatan penn...they are moving atleast WNW if not NW...hope that helps
