When did NHC change TWO

#1 Postby mobilebay » Fri Jul 15, 2005 10:43 pm

For years the Tropical Weather Outlook has been issued at 10:30 PM EDT, and 9:30 CDT. Now all of a sudden Knabb is issuing them at 11:30/10:30. I knew I was having to wait later, and later I finally found out why.

Good question, I didn't notice that, and you are correct. Now, it may be because Emily is taking most of their time.

I don't think so. They have always had it at the same time even if they had four storms out there. I think maybe Knabb is confused. I also think he has done a wonderful job with his advisories so far. :D

The thing is they have released them like that before... However, they changed the time on the header, they have never done that Luis.
