ULL moving west over South Florida

This will be interesting to watch. Should this ULL continue moving West
along with Emily, the should will persist, hopefully keeping her
more disorganized before landfalling somewhere.

I agree with you. How would this ULL effect Emily's forecast path? Would this also have some effect on the strength of the ridge building in the GOM?

Also DH if positioned right could not ULL be a steering mechanism to go more Northerly.It is definitely a blocking mechanism wherever it goes.I just remember Chantal going around and over the top of one of these guys.

Second funnel sighted Charlotte harbor area.
