Are fast moving, rapid bursting, and fast
intensification the norm for our current and future canes. I think so. Last year we saw canes move at a pretty good clip, except for slow Frances (or was she just huge). Is this the norm? Are canes going to move at a much higher speed and still retain and increase intensity?

I think it's just where they are in relation to highs and troughs. These hurricanes that bomb along westward are just riding a strong high...Frances was just kinda stuck in an area of slack steering for a while.
