Hmm, great news for upper TX coast, bad for South Texas. Either way it's looking like a Texas storm now.

you might see them move it slightly to the north, maybe 25 n 95w at the end...

if it stays south of 25 95 upper tx coast will be clear.

Best place for this thing to go would be where Allen and Brett went in...not a lot there.

I don't see how it's great news. It's slightly bad news because the models are moving more north.

they have moved slightly south on last run and definately more west at end. it is good news if it verifies

Yeah, I missed what you mentioned in the first post. I'd say the models are definitely more north than they were 24 hours ago though.

definately in the past 24 hours, more north, i think one GFS run threw a lot of these north.

Models are showing a Yucatan Channel pass now though....not good news for US landfall and not good news for it's potential intensity
