A few minutes ago I was talking with John Morales, current Meteorologist for Telemundo 51, about how active we are and how inactive the Pacific is considering what will be the average. He was telling me that probably Mother Nature is trying to balance things out. For example, since the WPAC is going through a period of inactivity right now, all the heat in the tropics has to be moved to the poles, thereafter, and the Atlantic is providing that relieve with an extremely active early start to the season. That's just a theory, nothing more. Also, we where talking about the possibility of Dr. Gray raising the numbers of his current forecast and John told me that you can bet your house that he would do so.
