I dont know about you, but gator does NOT taste like chicken. It is disgusting!

I love 'gator tail, frog legs, squirrel, rabbit, and abalone. Haven't tried rattlesnake yet and I'm afraid bear might be to gamy for my taste. French fried grasshoppers are pretty good too, they tell me.
