99L moving west

99L is moving west I guess the high pressure is strong enough to keep it on that track

maybe but its already 14 north...I'm waiting for it to make it over the warmer waters around 45 west to see if it reflares...Then all the models forecast a recurving system. We will see but the odds are not on its side to make it across.

It has also not intensified any, so that also has helped it stay farther south. This trend for these waves to stay weak/not develop until getting farther west continues to suggest an increased threat to land areas. If we call them fish when they go out to sea, maybe we should call them frogs when they hit land? :wink:
