According to Trinidad radio, reports of heavy rains/ gusty winds on Tobago, especially the north east side of the island tonight, and there are sporadic power outages on the island.

Winds down to 23mph.


Shortwave is showing the circulation center to be just north of Tobago on the last frame. Headed right for Grenada.

Emily did arcking loop around Tobago on her weak side...

Rainfall totals from EMILY so far in the islands....

Crown Point Tobago 21 mm
(located on south west portion of island, North east sections may have gotten a lot more than this)

Piarco Airport Trinidad 115 mm (southern part of the circulation)
(located central part of island, North Trinidad experienced massive flooding through the night)

Grantley Adams Barbados 9mm
(located south barbados)

Hewannora, St Lucia 24mm

Roseau Dominica 37 mm

St Johns Antigua 36 mm

No record of the amount of rain at Pt Salines Grenada, but this station reported heavy rains for many hours
