Well monday night I cooked chicken breasts pan sauteed in Real Butter then whipped up a portabello mushroom alfredo sauce. Poured the Alfredo over the chicken and served it over penne pasta. Side dishes were Italian Green beans, Garlic Bread and a small baked butternut squash.

Today I am being lazy and cooking a beef stew with mixed veg. and potatos with homemade biscuits. As a matter of fact I need to check the stew now.
Tim

Ps. Stew is fine.

I think tomorrow I will grill some redfish fillets and make a white wine, crawfish, shrimp and button mushroom sauce to serve over the fish. I will probably make angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil for a side and have spinich salad with a bacon vinegarette dressing.

Yowza, I think it should be "When is supper?", instead of "What's for Supper?" That way I would know when to show up at your house :D

That got me hungry just reading it!

Its my turn to cook tonight -- we're having Flizzas. That is what we have named a new dish we recently invented. Found an Italian flavored flat bread at Wally World the other night. Covered it with pizza sauce and then everyone fixed their own version with meats, olives, onions, tomatioes, pineapple, etc. My ex is here tonight so I'm making the two of us a Mexican vegetarian Flizza-- taco flavored fried beans spread over the bread, green peppers, olives, onions, tomatoes, and lots of Mexican shredded cheese. Also having a huge fruit salad and Red, White and Brownies for dessert.

Had a Mrs. Paul's fish fillet, Kraft mac and cheese, beets, sliced peaches and a glass of water.
