Clouds NE of Puerto Rico

Was wondering if anyone had noticed swirl of clouds NE of PR. ???Anything brewing??? :idea:

Earlier I was looking at the West Atlantic and I thought it was Emily, I was wondering why it looked a little funny and was moving south... then I saw where it was. I have no idea what it is but I don't think it's tropical, tropical systems don't usually move south.

It could become Franklin in a few days even that Franklin the forecaster doesn't want to admit it!!!! :lol:

Seems to be a couple things going on in the western Atlantic. I guess they are not a big deal because the NHC is not mentioning anything about them so far in their tropical weather outlooks.
