The nhc is fellowing the one to the southeast of Emily. In which case if it gets any more oreganized most likely will get a invest on it. Also the system off to the south of the Cape verdes has many a model showing development. In also like the one above has a LLC.

Whats your thinking?

And then I think the one developing off the Cape Verdes will be 90L.
