A high to protect GA, SC & NC
Is this true that there is a high out there that will protect these states of any hurricane coming to shore this year? I heard a rumor and wanted to know that facts.

All a matter of timing. Just because we look to be having a strong ridge in the means doesn't mean the east coast is protected all season. The ridge moves around, and if it happens to back off a little while something is in the western Atlantic, it could steer that something straight at the Carolinas.

LOL. I don't think so. My house and yard are flooded because of Dennis. I don't feel "protected" from Hurricanes at all.
