I think somethings' wrong with me..

either that or the devil has been playing with my head for a while now lol..

I have noticed something.. Since I survived my nearly fatal bicycle mishap in December, and went back to work in February.. I have become an interesting character..

I am still a sweet young kid.. but I have become much more easily irritated at work, I have become a little abrasive with some people I would usually never become abrasive with, and I tend to have had several emotionally charged crying break downs..

Some have said this might be from my depression, others think my bike accident gave me PTSD and others think when I flew off the bike, A part of me as a person flew off with it lol..

I know I'm not the same person.. Because I personally believe.. that I haven't worked as hard as I used too, yet every 1 of my fellow associates still think I bust by butt every day..

I really am thinking that ever since my accident, something happened to me because I don't believe I am the same.. but I can't understand what may have left me, or what has caused me to change..

Well, small things can change your life. I know that for a fact. What's interesting is that the Super Bowl set me off on this road of "fun" that I have had for quite a while now and it continues.

It might be from your depression, although I didn't know you had that. Don't worry if you get emotional breakdowns, they actually help you out in the long run because they relive tension and stress from your body. Some of your assements of yourself seem to describe me as well, cause I have done some of that stuff. But in all reality, don't worry so much about it, cause if you do, you will find yourself becoming isolated from the world that you want to be in, and it takes forever to get back into it once you slide out of it.

We are never the same person from day to day. We change emotionally, mentally, and physically each day of our lives. Its ok, we all go through certain times when we feel like we can't understand why we say things, do things, or how we feel. All we can do is just move on and hope for the best.

Get better John! :)

It could be simply from the trauma of the whole situation. I don't know the whole story, but from what you say, it sounds like it was pretty bad. If you've been diagnosed with depression, then chances are, this is the cause. Hopefully you'll come to a speedy recovery from anything and everything you're going through, emotionally and physically. Relax, and remember: If you never had a bad day, how would you recognize your good ones?

Very concerning! Did you sustain a head injury?
