NW Shift

Pretty clear on this radar loop. Looking at a direct hit right on the bay with Pensacola getting the western eyewall and Pensacola Beach the eastern eyewall.

It looks more like a shift from "just west of due north" to "north-northwest". It's going in the East Bay if anything.
