I don't have the report, but Derek just posted they found 122kts in NE quad at FL which equates to 110 kts at surface I believe.

Thanks. I realized what had happened -- a slight programming error. I had it looking at the wrong line. I think I've ironed most, if not all, of the kinks.

Yeah, one of the decodes had 137MPH in the NE quad, which is 122KTS.
