Hey dh,

Plug in the forecast point on the visible floater loop. You think the NHC is going to hit their next forecast point or will they have to nudge things over to Baldwin or Mobile County later tonight? Something to think about considering the 18z tropical guidance is further left than the NHC's track.
Just makes for another interesting night of tracking. Dennis has been a cool storm to follow along with.

Steve-
They will have to nudge over - no doubt. That west jog in the last frame - if that continues for 3-4 more frames, we are in trouble.
Got your essential beer and other supplies ready?

I'm all set. I'd go grab me a bottle of Tequila if I thought there was a shot for anything serious, but I'm gonna stick with the suds tonight.
Thing to note is that sat ends at 20:15 UTC. Per Tampa radar, it hasn't hooked back N of NW by 21:00. Now I was always one (especially with weak developing storms) that said it doesn't matter how a storm gets there just as long as it gets there. So the NHC overall is probably right with the more right-side landfall into Santa Rosa or Escambia Co.'s. But at least you guys have something a little more intersting to watch the next 2-3 hours.
