see my post in the analysis forum as to why the winds are not increasing. This isnt truly tropical by the definition as there is not a true warm core, but a flat temp gradient

using the latest vortex NE quad wind of 93 KT.... with a .9 reduction, that is around 83.7 knots... which is about 96 MPH
