this type of weather from dennis? i sure didnt and im getting kind of worried..what about you?

Looks like theyre gonna get pounded as Dennis is spreading out quite a bit. Btw he still looks well organized on the sat loops. Might get some weather here even.

I didn't expect it this soon any how! I'm still debating about crossing the bridge in the morning from Cape Coral into Fort Myers for work... :roll:

Thanks Kevin! Hopefully my boss will hear that and shut us down for the day...I mean whose going ot want to bring their cars in for service during a hurricane anyhow???

Too many without power in Miami-Dade, around 60,000 I believe was the last report.

What scare me is the Amazing convection well to the southeast of Dennis. Fl can get take a serious hit from that alone.

i think the west coast of florida has to watch this one minute by minute not trying to scare you guys just a gut feeling it may go closer to you guys!

Don't watch just for the storm, watch for the big area behind Dennis that looks to have extreme storms, the same area that will be slamming Miami-Dade overnight.
