DO NOT underestimate the intensity and structure of Dennis. This has always been an extremely well developed and organized storm and considering howl ong it has been over Cuba and the fewm ountains it has even crossed, the structure remains stable. Dennis has merely lost a lot of momentum from its fuel source being diminished, but it hasnt lost the core engine which powers it. In other words its like an engine low on fuel, not an engine with malfunctioning parts. Fill the hurricane with fuel, as it will be shortly, and that engine is oging to fire back to life with amazing speed.
