As of 6:50am they are at 18.3N 74.9W, the eye closer to 80W now, so you won't see an vortex message until probably almost 8am. May not even make it into the 8am advisory.

what is the significance of the 700 millibar height entry? i see those on the obs and i'm not sure what thats supposed to indicate. Thanks

136kts at 90% reduction would translate to about 122kts or 140mph at the surface.
