looking for a certain member

Last year during the Ivan ordeal there was a member that had some great insite. I think his member name was Ott or Ortt. Does anyone know who I am talking about?

Derek rawks man!! I put a LOT of faith in his forecasts as he was pretty right on for all of 'em last year.
